cy The meeting convened at 8:20 p.m., by Mayor Irvana Wilks, in the Village Hall Executive Conference
Room, 50 South Emerson Street. Present were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, John
Korn, Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron and Michael Zadel. The purpose of the Closed
Session was to discuss Property Acquisition and Personnel. Staff present included: Village
Manager Michael Janonis, Assistant Village Manager David Strahl and Community Development
Director William Cooney.

1 c) Village Manager Janonis provided information to the Village Board regarding an upcoming staff
recommendation to change legal representation for labor relations. There was also a discussion
regarding a resident complaint against a Village employee.

The meeting adjourned at 9:48 p.m. and moved into Open Session at 9:48 p.m. where no further
business was discussed and the open meeting was adjourned at 9:49 p.m.
