The Closed Session convened at 8:41 p.m. by Mayor Irvana Wilks, in the Village Hall Executive
Conference Room, 50 South Emerson Street. Present were: Trustees Paul Hoefert, John Korn,
Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron and Michael Zadel. Absent from the meeting was Trustee
Timothy Corcoran. Staff present included: Village Manager Michael Janonis, Assistant Village
Manager David Strahl, Community Development Director William Cooney and Village Attorney
Everette Hill. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss Property Acquisition, Personnel
and Litigation.

Village Manager Janonis provided an update regarding Public Safety Employee Benefit Act (PSEBA)
Q \p Hearings and the staff recommendation regarding the benefits associated with the Act. He also
provided an update regarding the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners personnel discussions.
