The meeting convened at 8:25 p.m. by Mayor Pro Tem Paul Hoefert, in the Village Hall Executive
Conference Room, 50 South Emerson Street. Present were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, John
Korn, Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron and Michael Zadel. Absent from the meeting was
Mayor lrvana Wilks. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss Property Acquisition and
Personnel. Staff present included: Village Manager Michael Janonis, Assistant Village Manager
David Strahl and Community Development Director William Cooney.

Assistant Village Manager Strahl provided an update regarding Union activities among the employee

The meeting adjourned at 9 :04 p.m. and moved into Open Session where no further business was
