MINUTES
CLOSED SESSION
MAY 2, 2006
The meeting convened at 9:47 p.m. by Mayor Wilks, in the Village Hall Executive Conference Room,
50 South Emerson Street. Present were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, John Korn,
Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron and Michael Zadel. The purpose of the Closed Session was
to discuss Personnel and Land Acquisition. Staff present included: Village Manager Michael
Janonis and Assistant Village Manager David Strahl. David Eterno, Administrative Adjudication
Officer candidate was present.

Assistant Village Manager Strahl provided an introduction regarding the Administrative Adjudication
mil process and introduced David Eterno, the recommended Administrative Adjudication Judge to the
°5 Board and highlighted his background. General discussion followed regarding Mr. Eterno's
experience and Village Board philosophy regarding administrative adjudication.
1 Mr. Eterno left at 10:15 p.m.
