APRIL 4, 2006
The meeting convened at 8:34 p.m. by Mayor Wilks, in the Village Hall Executive Conference Room,
50 South Emerson Street. Present were: Trustees Paul Hoefert, John Korn, Richard Lohrstorfer,
Michaele Skowron and Michael Zadel. Absent from the Closed Session was Trustee Timothy
Corcoran. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss Land Acquisition and Personnel.
Staff present included: Village Manager Michael Janonis, Assistant Village Manager David Strahl,
Community Development Director Bill Cooney and Keith Youngquist.

Personnel
Village Manager Janonis provided an update to Village Board members regarding an internal
investigation regarding parking ticket processing. He recommended that the investigation be
terminated due to lack of evidence and the fact that the accounting procedures have been altered to
eliminate this exposure in the future. Village Board members concurred with this recommendation. ■g
Motion made by Trustee Zadel and Seconded by Trustee Hoefert. The meeting adjourned at
9:42 p.m. and moved into Open Session where no further business was discussed and the open
meeting was adjourned at 9:43 p.m.
