FEBRUARY 7, 2006
The meeting convened at 9:53 p.m. by Mayor Wilks, in the Village Hall Executive Conference Room,
50 South Emerson Street. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss Personnel. Present
were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, John Korn, Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron
and Michael Zadel. Staff present included: Village Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant Village
Manager David Strahl.
Personnel
Village Manager Michael Janonis advised the Board that a recent Fire Department candidate for hire
who happens to be a resident may appear before the BOFPC to complain about the process and he
wanted to advise the Board of this possibility.
Village Manager Janonis advised the Village Board of the recent resignation of the Building
I Commissioner effective March 14.
The Village Manager also wanted to advise the Board about an ongoing investigation regarding
possible theft and his recommended response for completing the investigation.

There was no other business conducted in Closed Session and the meeting adjourned at 10:08 p.m.
and moved into Open Session at 10:09 p.m. and immediately adjoumed since there was no further
business.
