The meeting convened at 9:26 p.m. by Mayor Wilks, in the Village Hall Executive Conference Room,
50 South Emerson Street. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss Personnel. Present
21 were: Trustees Paul Hoefert, John Korn, Richard Lohrstorfer and Michaele Skowron and Michael
e . Zadel. Absent from the Closed Session was Trustee Timothy Corcoran. Staff present included:
0 0J Village Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant Village Manager David Strahl.

d g Assistant Village Manager David Strahl provided an overview of a pending Workers' Compensation
a issue and the recommended course of action regarding this employee and the possible ramifications
of this direction.
The meeting adjourned at 9:40 p.m. and moved back into Open Session at 9:41 p.m.
