The meeting convened at 8:10 p.m. by Mayor Wilks, in the Village Hall Executive Conference Room,
50 South Emerson Street. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss Property Acquisition
Litigation and Personnel. Present were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, John Kom,
Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron and Michael Zadel. Staff present included: Village Manager
Michael Janonis, Assistant Village Manager David Strahl and Community Development Director
William Cooney.

Village Manager Janonis provided information regarding two pending ONMANKLEtittyee

Assistant Village Manager Strahl provided information regarding a recent termination of an employee
and the details regarding the employee's actions that led to the termination.
