CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Farley called the meeting to order at 7:34 P.M. CALL TO ORDER

Trustee Timothy Corcoran
Trustee Paul Hoefert
Trustee Richard Lohrstorfer
Trustee Daniel Nocchi
Trustee Irvana Wilks
INVOCATION
The invoc ~tion was given by Trustee Lohrstorfer. INVOCATION
APPOINTMENTS
Mayor Farley presented the following recommendations for APPOINTMENTS
appointments to various Boards and Commissions:
Reappoint
Christopher J. Lenz to Board of Fire and Police Commissioners
Dennis Saviano to the Police Pension Fund Board
Andrew Mitchell to the Safety Commission
Terri Pistone to the Special Events Commission
Michaele Skowron as Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals
Appointment
Della Baldwin to the Special Events Commission
Trustee Hoefert, seconded by Trustee Corcoran, moved to
concur with the recommendations of the Mayor and make the
appointments as specified above.
Upon roll call: Ayes: CIowes, Corcoran, Hoefert,
Lohrstorfer, Nocchi, Wilks
Nays: None
Motion carried.
APPOINT VILLAGE CLERK
Village Manager Janonis requested Village Board approval to
appoint Velma Lowe as Acting Village Clerk as of June 13, when
Carol Fields will have retired.
Trustee Wilks, seconded by Trustee Nocchi, moved to approve the
ecommendation of the Village Manager to appoint Veima Lowe as
Acting Village Clerk.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Clowes, Corcoran, Hoefert, --
Lohrstorfer, Nocchi, Wilks
Nays: None
Motion carried.
ADJOURN
Trustee Corcoran, seconded by Trustee Nocchi, moved to adjourn this
Special Meeting.

Nays: None
Motion carried.
