OCTOBER 4, 2005
The meeting convened at 8:15 p.m. by Mayor Wilks, in the Village Hall Executive Conference Room,
50 South Emerson Street. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss Property Acquisition
and Personnel. Present were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, John Korn and Richard
Lohrstorfer. Absent from the meeting were: Trustees Michaele Skowron and Michael Zadel. Staff
present included: Assistant Village Manager David Strahl and Community Development Director
William Cooney.

Personnel
Assistant Village Manager Strahl provided a summary of the recent discussions with the Fire
Lieutenants and the Agreement with them and how it will be incorporated into the existing Firefighter
Contract.

There being no further discussion, a Motion was made by Trustee Korn and Seconded by Trustee
Lohrstorfer to adjourn the meeting. The Closed Session adjourned into open session at 9:00 p.m.
