CLOSED SESSION
APRIL 26, 2005
The Closed Session was called to order at 6:10 p.m., by Mayor Farley, in the Village Hall Executive
IN Conference Room, 50 South Emerson Street. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss
a Personnel. Present were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele
Skowron, Irvana Wilks and Michael Zadel. No staff was present.
