CLOSED SESSION
JANUARY 25, 2005
The meeting was called to order at 9:03 p.m., by Mayor Farley, in the Village Hall Executive
Conference Room, 50 South Emerson Street. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss
Property Disposal. Present were: Trustees Paul Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron,
Irvana Wilks and Michael Zadel. Absent from the Closed Session was Trustee Timothy Corcoran.
Staff present included: Village Manager Michael Janonis, Assistant Village Manager David Strahl,
Community Director William Cooney and Village Attorney Everette Hill.

EJ Village Manager Janonis stated that this meeting is to discuss final financial details regarding the
f J development of the row homes on Emerson and any terms that should be addressed in the
L , Development Agreement prior to property transfer.
Representatives from Norwood were invited into the room. Bruce Adreani, Jennifer Tammen and
w OKW Architects' representative Mike Brukelaw were in attendance.
There was a general discussion regarding the development of the project including several
appearance items and their cost impact.

There being no further discussion, the Closed Session adjourned at 10:37 p.m.
