The meeting was called to order at 6:25 p.m., in open session, by Mayor Farley, in the Village Hall
Executive Conference Room, 50 South Emerson Street. The purpose of the Closed Session was to
discuss Property Acquisition and Personnel. Present were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul
Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron, Irvana Wilks and Michael Zadel. Motion made by
Trustee Michael Zadel and Seconded by Trustee Richard Lohrstorfer to move into Closed Session to
discuss Property Acquisition and Personnel. The Closed Session convened at 6:27 p.m. Ali
Trustees were present. Staff present included: Village Manager Michael Janonis, Assistant Village
Manager David Strahl, Community Director William Cooney and Finance Director David Erb.
Approval of Minutes
Minutes of September 28, 2004. Motion made by Trustee Zadel and Seconded by Trustee Hoefert.
Minutes were approved.
Minutes of November 16, 2004. Motion made by Trustee Hoefert and Seconded by Trustee
Skowron. Minutes were approved.
Minutes of November 23, 2004. Motion made by Trustee Lohrstorfer and Seconded by Trustee
Skowron. Minutes were approved.
Minutes of December 7, 2004. Motion made by Trustee Hoefert and Seconded by Trustee Zadel.
Minutes were approved.
