MINUTES
CLOSED SESSION
NOVEMBER 23, 2004
The Closed Session was called to order at 10:12 p.m., by Mayor Farley, in the Village Hall Executive
Conference Room, 50 South Emerson Street. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss
Property Acquisition and Property Disposal. Present were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul
Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron and Michael Zadel. Trustee Wilks participated via
phone hook -up. Staff present included: Village Manager Michael Janonis, Assistant Village
Manager David Strahl, Village Attorney Everette Hill and Community Director William Cooney.

Property Disposal
Village Manager Janonis coordinated discussion regarding the four redevelopment proposals that

had been presented earlier in the evening. a
Consensus of the Village Board was to eliminate the Enterprise proposal and the Keystone
Scheme 2 proposal outright. After extensive discussion, the Village Board came to
consensus that Norwood would be the preferred developer pending successful contract
negotiations and environmental language that is equitable. Board members also wanted to
ensure that all details were addressed and clearly outlined in any Agreement including C
Infrastructure needs and who was to cover what costs relating to infrastructure and Q

additional parking.
Adjournment
There being no further discussion, the Closed Session adjourned at 11:21 p.m.
