The Closed Session was called to order at 8:50 p.m., by Mayor Farley, in the Boardroom of the
Central Community Center, 1000 West Central Road. The purpose of the Closed Session was to
discuss Property Acquisition. Present were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Richard
Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron, Irvana Wilks and Michael Zadel. Staff present included: Village
Manager Michael Janonis, Assistant Village Manager David Strahl and Community Development
Director William Cooney along with Kevin Kemp from DLK, Bruce Adreani and Jennifer Tammen
from Norwood.
Property Acquisition
Village Hall —100 South Emerson
There was general discussion regarding the property redevelopment. There was also general
discussion of the architectural significance of any structure on the site complementing the downtown.
The Board directed staff to work with Norwood to finish details on the Purchase Contract of the
property at the time the Village Hall is vacated.
Adiournment
There being no further discussion, the Closed Session adjourned into Open Session at 9:23 p.m.
and immediately adjoumed at 9:24 p.m.
