MINUTES
CLOSED SESSION
FEBRUARY 3, 2004
The Closed Session was called to order at 8:32 p.m., by Mayor Farley, in the Boardroom of the
Central Community Center, 1000 West Central Road. The purpose of the Closed Session was to
discuss Personnel and consider the release of Closed Session Minutes. Present were: Trustees
Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron and Michael Zadel. Absent
from the Closed Session was Trustee lrvana Wilks. Staff present included: Village Manager
Michael Janonis and Assistant Village Manager David Strahl.
Discussion of the Release of Closed Session Minutes
Village Manager Janonis stated this is the last group of the backlog of Minutes that staff is
recommending for release.
A Motion was made by Trustee Zadel and Seconded by Trustee Corcoran to approve release of
Minutes staff recommended. Village Manager Janonis stated staff will prepare a Resolution for
general release at an upcoming Village Board meeting.
Assistant Village Manager Strahl left the meeting at 8:35 p.m.
Personnel
A discussion occurred regarding the Village Manager's performance review. The consensus of
Board members was to grant the Village Manager a salary increase of 6.5% retroactive to May 1,
2003.
There being no further discussion, the Closed Session returned to open session at 8:50 p.m. and the
Closed Session adjourned with no further business at 8:52 p.m.
