A. PZ- 12 -10, 1 South William Street, Andrew Venamore, Petitioner
1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR EXTERIOR
SIDE YARD SETBACK AT 1 SOUTH WILLIAM STREET
This ordinance grants a variation to allow a 12.19 foot exterior side yard setback
along the north lot line for property located at 1 South William Street.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request by
a 5 -0 vote.
B. * A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN CLOSED
SESSION AUDIOTAPES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT

A. * Request Village Board approval to accept bid for creek cleaning and tree trimming
in an amount not to exceed $14,000.
