MINUTES
June 7, 2010

Commissioner Friedrichs called the meeting to order at 6:13 p.m.
Roll Call: Hank Friedrichs III, Commissioner
Charles Bennett, Commissioner
James Powers, Commissioner
Absent: George Busse, Chairman
Michaele Skowron, Commissioner
Also Present: Michael Figolah, Fire Chief
John Dahlberg, Police Chief

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made by Commissioner Bennett and seconded by Commissioner Powers to accept the
minutes of the May 3, 2010, Open Meeting.
Voice Vote: Ayes: Bennett, Powers
Nays: None Abstain: Friedrichs Motion Carried
POLICE DEPARTMENT UPDATE
No Report.
FIRE DEPARTMENT UPDATE
No Report.
CLOSED SESSION
A motion was made by Commissioner Bennett and seconded by Commissioner Powers to go into Closed
Session under personnel 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(1) at 6:17 p.m.
Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Bennett, Friedrichs, Powers
Nays: None Motion Carried
The Board returned to Open Session at 6:18 p.m. with everyone present.
OTHER BUSINESS
After discussing the summer meeting schedule, the commissioners agreed to take July and August off
and scheduled the next meeting for September 13, 2010.
With no further business, a motion was made by Commissioner Bennett and seconded by Commissioner
Powers to adjourn at 6:19 p.m.

Nays: None Motion Carried
