A. RECONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE 5812, APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4 -0 AT (Exhibit A)
THE AUGUST 17, 2010 VILLAGE BOARD MEETING. "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CHAPTER 21 (BUILDING CODE) AND APPENDIX A, DIVISION I"
The request for reconsideration of ORDINANCE 5812 at the September 21, 2010
Village Board meeting was approved by a vote of 6 -0.
B. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN (Exhibit B)
PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance allows the Village to sell its surplus items using one (1) of two (2)
options; live public auction or GovDeals internet auction.
C. A RESOLUTION OPPOSING THE BORROWING OF MOTOR FUEL TAX (Exhibit C)
DISTRIBUTIONS IN EXCHANGE FOR THE RELEASE OF CAPITAL BILL
FUNDING
