President Schlaver called the meeting to order at 8:t0 P.M.
The following members answered present to roll call:
Bergen
Bruhl
Casterllne
The following members were absent:
Busse
Ekren
Phillips
President Schlaver stated thmt no business could be conducted
before the Board because of a lack of quorum, and after discussion
with the audience, the meeting was adjourned at 8:35 P.M.
