P~esident Schlaver called the meeting to omder at
$:12 P.M. and stated that the meetln~ was duly called and a
notice had been duly given to all members of the Board of
T~ustees for the purpose of giving assistance to the people
in the Bluett area du~ing thei~ water emergency. The fol-
lowing m~be~s were p~es~: roll call
