This mo~ion oa~ied by June 2, 196g Sidewalks T~ustee Bruhl read letter of May 19 from the Westbrook PTA asking that sidewalk be installed between We Go TrAil and See Gwun to keep children from trespassing through private yards on their way to school. This walkway is an easement provided by the subdivider for sewer and water. This matter was referred to the Street and Sidewalks committee. J. T. Builders Trustee Ekren read letter from the Plan Commission Industrial Sub. recommending approval of J. T. Builders' Industrial Subdivision south of Algonquin on the east side of Busse Road, Trustee Ekren, seconded by Trustee Busse, moved to con- cur with the recommendation of the Plan Commission to approve above plat. Zoning Case Trustee Ekren read the following report from the Zoning 64-22 Board: Doyno R E P 0 R T May 28, 196~ CASE 64-22, Heard May 22, 1964 Doyno Motors This is a request for a Special Use per, it in an I-1 zone, a parcel on=he north Side of Cen~al Road between Hines Lumber yard and the Northwestern Railroad; The appeal from the ruling of the Superintendent of Buildings concerns land use in an i-1 zone. The Board of Appeals voted 5-2 to reject on both counts. The~e were approximately 50 objectors present, and they were represented by Counsel, who conducted one of the crnss exam- inations. E.
