COI~tITI'EE OF THE WHOLE
June 8, 1993
Due to a thunderstorm which occurred, electric power was lost at the
Senior Center building. The Committee of the Whole Meeting was cancelled
and rescheduled for 7:00 P.M. June 29th, 1993. Items l~sted on the
Committee of the Whole Agenda for Tuesday-, June 8, 1993 will be d~scussed
at that time.
An informal discussion was held with members of the Wllage Board present
- Trustees George Clowes, T~mothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Michaele
Skowron, Irvana Wilks and Mayor Gerald L. Farley, along w~th Manager
M~chael Janon~s, concerning purchase of two Public Works vehicles.
Due to the fact the time l~mit on the b~d price for the vehicles was
to expire on June lO, 1993, the consensus of the part~es present was
to allow the Public Works Director to give a verbal approval to the
bidder for the purchase of the vehicles. Formal discussions and
consideration of approval of the purchase of the vehicles will be on
the Village Board Agenda June 15, 1993.
