Three legal objectors were present, abutting on The north side~ The wes~ side and across ElmhursT Road To The east, and strongly objected ~o This rezoning. There were numerous other objectors, allresidenTs, of The immediate area. October 6, 1964 ne of the petitioners' witnesses admittpd under questioning Zonin~ Case by members of the Zoning Board that the property could be 64-34 developed as it is presently zoned, namely B-2. The pro- perry was rezoned in September, 196~ from R-i, primarily on the sworn testimony and promises of the petitioner in that case that the property would be developed as a medical center only.
