OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance deletes one (1) Class "F -1" liquor license issued to Artemis Restaurant Inc.,
d /b /a Artemis Restaurant located at 912 South Busse Road.

OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance adds (1) Class "S -1" liquor license issued to Randhurst Banquet, Inc.
d /b /a Holiday Inn - Randhurst Banquet Hall, 200 East Rand Road and (1) Class "F -3" liquor
license issued to Randhurst Sports Bar, Inc. d /b /a Bar Louie, 200 East Rand Road.

A. 2 nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (BUILDING CODE) AND (Exhibit C)
APPENDIX A, DIVISION I
This ordinance amends Chapter 21 to establish regulations for demolition of structures
and site restoration activities.
B. 2 nd reading of AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLES V AND VI OF CHAPTER 19, (Exhibit D)
AND AMENDING APPENDIX A, DIVISIONS II AND III, OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT
VILLAGE CODE IN REGARD TO PUBLIC SPAS AND SWIMMING POOLS

XII. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT
A. Request Village Board approval to accept State of Illinois 2010/2011 Road Salt Contract —
Extension of State Bid in an amount not to exceed $58.37 per ton.
B. Request Village Board approval to waive bid process and use Minnesota State bid to
purchase articulating and oscillating tractor in an amount not to exceed $102,125.50.
