R E S O L U T I ON
WHEREAS, Lincoln Avenue from Elmhurst Road
to the West limits of the Village has been designated by
the Board of County Commissioners of Cook County as an
extension of a State Aid Road, and
WHEREAS it is the desire of this Board that the
County assume the maintenance of that Street,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Cook County be and is hereby petitioned to
assume such maintenance, and.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That three certified copies
of this Resolution be transmitted to the Superintendent of
Highways of Cook County.
