RESOLUTION
New Deep Well and eater Revenue Bonds
Mount Prospect, Illinois
,VHERLA5, the Board of Trustees has considered the different sources
for aciequate supply of water for the Village of Mount Prospect, and,
4HLRLAS, the Board, after considering the feasibility of obtaining
Lake Michigan water, found that due to restrictions imposed by the Liar
and that the cost would be prohibitive, and,
4HZREAS, it is deemed to be for the best interest of the Village,
therefore, be it
RU:SOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect, Illinois, that construction of a deep well and the issuance
of dater Revenue Bonds be approved as the most economical at this time.
Approved and passed by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect, Illinos, at a special meeting, held on the
Z5-day of , A. D. 1944.
