A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE
GENERAL LIABILITIES AND BOND AND
INTEREST FUNDS TO TIM
GENERAL CORPORATE FUND.

WHEREAS, the Ohio National Life Insurance Company judgement
heretofore rendered against the Village of Mount Prospect has been
paid in full, and all general obligation and equipment bonds here-
tofore issued by this village have been paid in full and cancelled;
and
WHEREAS, funds aggregating the sum of $5140.68 allocated to the
General Liabilities fund, the Delinquent Waterworks extension bond
fund and delinquent Fire Truck bond fund, are now on hand and no
obligations to which to apply said funds; and
WHEREAS, such surplus funds may be transferred to the General
Corporate fund as by Statute provided; now, therefore:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE; PRESIDENT AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS; That the
General Liabilities fund in the sum of $51.05; the Delinquent
Waterworks Extension bond fund in the sum of $203.52; and the
delinquent Fire Truck bond fund in the sum of $286.11 be and the same
is hereby transferred to the General Corporate fund according to the
Statute in such case made and provided.
