RESOLUTION
• AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT No. )
SURPLUS CASH TO GENERAL CORPORATE FUNDS.
WHEREAS, all of the outstanding vouchers, bonds and coupons have been paid
and cancelled in Mount Prospect Special Assessment Warrant No. 15; and
WHEREAS, it appears from the records and audits of the Village that the sum
of, to -wit, $6,443.47 was paid on outstanding bonds for which no moneys had been
in said Special Assessment Warrant No. 15 at the time of payment; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the aforesaid sum of 16,443.47 was paid out on
funds belonging to other warrants; and
WHEREAS, there is now on hand a surplus cash fund in said Special Assess-
.
ment Warrant No. 15 in the sum of $2,840.52; and
WHEREAS, judgments have been rendered against the Village of Mount Prospect,
in favor of bondholders having bonds payable out of other warrants for the di-
version of such funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
. the Village of Mount Prospect, that the Village Treasurer be and he is hereby
authorized to transfer from the aforesaid surplus cash in Special Assessment
Warrant No. 15 the sum of $2,381.49 to the corporate funds of the Village; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Village Treasurer be and he is hereby
authorized to use said funds or so much thereof as shall be necessary to pay
judgments entered against the Village of Mount Prospect for the diversion of
special assessment funds.
