'OihEREAS, there has been filed with the Federal 'r orks Agency

Illinois, an application for federal assistance for post war plan -
-!ing, and the United States of America acting by and .through the

BE IT RESOLVED by the President and the Board of Trustees of
the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, that the
President and the Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and di-
rected to execute the agreement and public voucher for advance of
• the awn of 4,000.00 for the purpose of plan preparation for the
