WARRANT NOS. 5 and 6.

N EREAS, Special Assessments, Warrant No. 5 for house con-
nection slants in the sum of n 23.77 and \\arrant iao. 6 for water
service pipe in the sum of 427.15 were erroneously levied and on
Au 5th, 192;6 confirmed against Lot 12, in Block 5, Prospect
Park Subdivision No. 1; and
T`HEREAS, it appears that the aforesaid connections were in-
stalled and ;paid for by the owner of said ;:property prior to the
a
instigation of the foregoing special assessment proceedings; and
it being desirable that this erroneous assessment be adjusted;

now, therefore:
BE IT RESOLVED by the President and. the Board. of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Ill- uzois, That the
President and the Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and di-
rected to execute two vouchers payable to the order of Margaret
Pagel; one of which is to be in the sum of ;20.32 and payable

out of the lst to the 5th install ents of Special Assessment
~;arrant No. 5, and the other in the sum of t7,32.f$9 Payable out of
the lst to the 5th installments of Special Assessment arrant
No. 6; both of said vouchers are to be credited with interest at
1 the same rate as is being charged on said warrants from the date
