IN RESOLUTION FOR FORECLOSURE
OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ADOPTED
FEBRUARY 5, 1946,AN KNOWN AS
RESOLUTION NO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, that the Resolu-
tion for the foreclosure of special assessment liens of certain
properties in the Village of Mount Prospect known as Resolution
No.'
o . ' ‘--.4-4;, adopted on February 5, 1946, be and the same is
hereby corrected and adjusted as follows:
Lot 7 is substituted for Lot 6 in Block 3;
and Lot 7 is substituted for Lot 11 in
Block 10; all in Prospect Manor, being a
subdivision of the South one quarter of the
West half of the West Half of Section 34,
Township 42 North, Range 11 East of the 3rd
Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. (O ' `T"'6. be and
the same is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed and con-
tinued in full force and effect as herein adjusted and corrected.
PASSED this 2nd day of April, 1946.
