1'; A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
INSTALLATION OF WATER MAINS
, ON HI -LUSI AVENUE FROM LONN-
QUIST BOULEVARD TO GOLF ROAD
AND GOLF ROAD FROM IOKA AVENUE
TO HI -LUSI AVENUE, IN MOUNT
PROSPECT, ILLINOIS. `, r

WHEREAS, a request for installation of water mains on Hi -Lusi
Avenue from Lonnquist Boulevard to Golf Road and on Golf Road from
Ioka Avenue to Hi -Lusi Avenue has been made to the Village engineers,
Townsend and Associates, and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have agreed to pay all
, costs of materials, installation charges, including engineer and
inspection fees, of said water mains, and
WHEREAS, Installation of said water mains shall be under the
general supervision of the Village engineers and that all materials
and installations be according to plans and specifications drawn
1 b the Village engineers, and
E WHEREAS, Owners of said property agree to provide sufficient
to hold the Village of Mount Prospect free from any liability
in connection with said construction and labor and material liens,
and
WHEREAS, Upon completion and appraval of the Village Engineers,
said water main extension shall become a part of the Village water
Isupply system, now, therefore;

BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois that proper in-
stallation of water mains as submitted by the Village engineers
in their letter of February 22, 1946, be approved.
PASSED this 5th day of March, A.D. 1946.
APPROVED this 5th day of March A.D. 1946.
