HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 14-46 05/07/1946 . • R E S O L U T I O N No. 14-4G BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois: Section 1. That the First National Bank of Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, be and it is hereby designated a de- positary in which the funds of the "Village of Mount Prospect, Deposit Account" may be deposited and that any officer or employee is hereby authorized to deposit funds in said ac- count of this Municipality and to endorse for that purpose checks, drafts, notes and like obligations. Endorsements for deposit may be by the written or stamped endorsement of the Village, without designation of the persons making the en- dorsement. Section 2. That all checks drawn against said account Pendleton, shall be signed by M. B. President and D. L. Gilbert, Treasurer, whose signatures are affixed hereto as well as on the certified co of this Resolution. 7 1 7 President ,.� Treasurer 3 � Section 3. That the First National Bank of Chicago is hereby authorized and directed to honor and pay all checks drawn against the said "Village of Mount Prospect, Deposit Account" only upon the signatures of the above named offi- cials. Section 4. That this Resolution is for the purpose of substituting D. L. Gilbert as Treasurer of said Village of Mount Prospect in place of Fred Mille, who resigned as Treasurer of said Village. Section 5. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval. PASSED: May 7, 1946. APPROVED: May 7, 1946. / jl
