WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Mount
Prospect has heretofore on May 29, 1946, submitted a pl of
the First Addition to Lonnquist Gardens and recommended its .._
Approval, by the Village Board, subject to compliance with

paragraphs A B, C D, and E, of Section 5 of Article II of the
Village of Mount Prospect official village plan, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That the plat of subdivision entitled
First Addition to Lonnquist Gardens, being a subdivision of
1 part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 41 North,
1 Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, be and the same
is hereby approved, subject to compliance with paragraphs A to
E inclusive of Section 5, Article II of the official plan
of this village.

Section 2. That upon compliance as hereinabove set forth,
j the President and Village Clerk be and they are hereby author—
ized and directed to execute said plat and affix the official
seal thereon.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force
I and effect from and after its passage and approval.
