A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SEWERS
AND AUTHORIZING WORK IN THE
FIRST ADDITION TO CASTLE
HEIGHTS. No. IS-4G

WHEREAS, the Briar -Crest Hodes, Inc. have recuested a
permit to construct sewers in the First Addition to Castle
Heights and have agreed to pay for the installation and con-
struction costs, including engineering and inspection fees;
and
WHEREAS. plans and specifications have been prepared
by the Village Engineers Consoer, Townsend and Associates and
the Board of Trustees have considered the same; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the President and the Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois,
that the plans and specifications for the construction of sewers
in the First Addition to Castle Heights as prepared by the
Village Engineers be and the same hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said work, including engineer-
ing and inspection fees, be paid for by the Briar -Crest Homes,
Inc., and may commence under the direction and supervision of
the Village Engineers upon the filing of a bond to hold harmless
the Village of Mount Prospect for any claims and liens for labor,
material and equipment and the furnishing of a performance bond
and exhibiting policies of insurance covering Workmen's compensa-
tion and public liability by the contractor who is to do the
actual construction work herein authorized.
