RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INSTAL-
LATION OF SEWER AND WATER MAIN
EXTENSIONS IN MOEHLING'S PLEASANT
DALE SUBDIVISION,MOUNT PROSPECT,
ILLINOIS. N�. La4 - 46
WHEREAS a request for installation of sewer and water
main extensions in Moehling's Pleasant Dale Subdivision has
been made to the Village Engineers, Consoer, Townsend & Asso-
ciates; and
WHEREAS the owners of said property have agreed to pay
all costs of materials, installation charges, including engi-
neering and inspection fees for said sewer and water main
extensions; and
WHEREAS, the installation of said sewer and water main
extensions shall be under the general supervision of the Village
Engineers and that all materials and installations be according
to plans and specifications drawn by the Village Engineer; and
WHEREAS, owners of said property agree to provide suf-

ficient bond to hold the Village of Mount Prospect free from
any liability in connection with said construction and labor
and material liens; and
WHEREAS, upon completion and approval of the Village
Engineers, said sewer and water main extensions shall become a
part of the Village sewer and water supply systems,now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, that
proper installation of sewer and water main extensions in
Moehling's Pleasant Dale Subdivision as submitted by the Village
Engineers in their letter of July 2, 1946, be approved.
