A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE YELLER
CREEK DRAINAGE DISTRICT AND FEEHAN-
VILLE DRAINAGE DISTRICT TO JOIN
THEIR SYSTEM AT THE INTERSECTION OF
ELMHURST ROAD AND HENRY STREET IN
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILL,,

AREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, find that
1 it would be desirable if the Weller Creek Drainage District
1 system now existing on Henry Street between Foster Avenueend
Eastwood Avenue be extended along said Henry Street to
Elmhurst Road and then connect with the Feehanville Drainage
District system to relieve the situation now existing within
the Village; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect find it necessary and desir-
able to alleviate the drainage condition and find that such
relief may be secured by the extension of the Yeller Creek
Drainage District line on Henry Street from the intersection
of Eastwood Avenue, a distance of approximately ZOO feet, to
the Feehanville Drainage District line at the intersection of
Elmhurst Road and Henry Street.
Section 2. That the President and Board. of Trustees
hereby request the officials of the Yeller Creek Drainage Dis-
trict and the Feehanville Drainage District to assist in this
matter, if possible so to do under the law.
Section 3. That the Village Clerk be and he hereby is
directed to send a copy of this Resdlutionto the officials of
the respective drainage districts.

Section 4. That this Resolution shall be in full
force and effect forthwith upon its adoption and approval.
