A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN
APPEAL IN THE MATTER OF FED-
ERAL
ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC.,
vs. ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
That FRANK M. OPEKA, Attorney for the Village of Mount
Prospect, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to prose-
cute an appeal to the Supreme Court of the State of Illinois
from the judgment rendered by the Honorable Harry M. Fisher in
the matter entitled "Federal 1ectric Company, Inc., a New
York corporation, vs. Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Yount Prospect, et al." Circuit Court of Cook County case No.
46 C 7429 and is further directed to take the necessary steps to
make said appeal a supersedeas to preserve the status quo.
That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval, according to law.
PASSED: this 4th day of February, 1947.
