WHEREAS, there has been filed with the Bureau of Community Facilities
of the Federal Works Agency in behalf of Village of Mount Prospect (herein
called the "Applicant ") an application for an advance for the purpose of plan
preparation for construction of the public work described as storm relief
sewers, including extension of existing sewer outfalls and necessary appurten-
ant facilities located at Mount Prospect, Illinois and the United States of
America, acting by and through the Division Engineer of the Bureau of Community
Facilities, has transmitted to the Applicant for approval and execution an
Agreement and Public Voucher for Advance (BCF Form 405) providing for an
advance of $8,400.00 for the plan preparation of the aforesaid public work;
and
WHEREAS, said Agreement and Public Voucher for Advance and the Advance
Planning Regulations, dated January 1, 1946, have been duly read in open
meeting and fully considered in accordance with all pertinent rules and legal
requirements; and
WH1RFAS, it is deemed advisable and in the public interest that said
Agreement and Public Voucher for Advance be executed in behalf of the Appli-
cant;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Applicant that the said Agreement and Public Voucher for Advance be
and the same hereby is approved without reservation or qualification.
Be it further resolved that M. B. Pendleton, President, is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Agreement in behalf of the Applicant.
Passed by the aforementioned governing body of the Applicant on the
4th day of March, 1947.
Approved on the 4th. day of Merck, 1947, by the PRESIDENT of the
Applicant.
