RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR WM-

WHXREAS. the VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT has been allo-
cated a fund of Eight Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($6,400.0)
by the Federal Works Agency, as a non - interest bearing loan,
the purpose of which is to partially defray the cost of planning
1 sewerage improvements; and
WHEREAS. plans and specifications for said improvements
have been prepared by Consoer, Townsend and Associates, and the
same have been submitted to this Board for approval; and
ga the said plans and specifications have been
examined by the president and Board of Trustees, and found to
conform to the services outlined in the Contract for Engineering
Services heretofore entered into;
NON, THEREFOkE. BE IT RESOLVED. that said plans and spe-
cifications be and are hereby approved.
