RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE HARRIS
TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK AS DEPOSIT-
ARY FOR "WATERWORKS CONSTRUCTION
ACCOUNT" AND DESIGNATING PERSONS TO �,
SIGN CHECKS AGAINST SAID FUNDS.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That the HARRIS TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK in
the City of Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, be and it is hereby
designated as depositary in which the Village of Mount Prospect
Viaterworks Construction funds may be deposited and that any offi-
er or employee is hereby authorized to deposit funds in said
:ccount for this municipality and to endorse for that purpose
hecks, drafts, notes and like obligations. Endorsements for de-
Isosit may be written or stamped endorsement of the Village, with -
1 ut designation of the person making the endorsement.
SECTION 2. That all checks drawn against said account
.hall be signed by M. B. PENDLETON, as President and D.L. Gilbert,
Treasurer and R.F. Milligan, as Clerk, whose signatures are
aerewith submitted on signature cards furnished by the said

SECTION 3. That the HARRIS TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK is
ereby authorized and directed to honor and pay all checks drawn
