BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OP MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
See.tion 1. That the Prestdsnt and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, hereby request
the Board of Commissioners of the County of Cook in the State of
Illinois to take overllailroad Avenue, lying between Mount Prospect
Road (a County aid road) and Emerson Street withln the village of
• Mount Prospect, as a County Aid Road.
Sect1Aq2. That the Village Clerk IP directed eo forward a
copy of this ResollItior to the Board of Commissioners and a copy to
the County Highway Department.
1 9ection 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
