BE IT RESOLVED BY '2HE PRESIDEI ALD BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE 03 ;^0J112 PROSPECT, COOK COU TY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That the nourT PROSPECT STATE BANK in the
Village of mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, be and it is
hereby designated as depositary in which the various funds of
the Village of liount Prospect may be deposited and that any
officer or employee is hereby authorized to deposit funds in
said accounts for this Iiunicipality and to endorse for that pur-
pose checks, drafts, notes and like obligations. Endorsements
for deposit may be written or stamped endorsement of the Village,
without designation of the person making the endorsement.
SECTION 2. That all checks drawn against said accounts
shall be signed by the President and the Treasurer for special
assessment accounts and by the President, the Clerk and the
Treasurer as to all other accounts, whose signatures are here-
;
with submitted on signature cards furnished by the said MOUNT
PROSPECT STATE BANK.
SECTION 3. That the TTOUI'TT PROSPECT STATE BANK is
hereby authorized and directed to honor and pay all checks drawn
1 against the said Village of Mount 2rospect accounts only upon
the signatures of the above named officials.
SECTION: 4. That this resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
