RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE HARRIS
TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK AS DEPOSIT -
ARY FOR A POiTION OF SPECIAL ASSESS-
:'ENT ZUITDS AND D.FS 1 GN.T I NG PERSONS
TO SIGI\T CHECKS AGAINST SAID FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY "JHE PRESIDENT AND DOARD CF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PRCSPFCT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That the ARMS TRUST A.TTD SAVINGS BANK in
the City of Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, be and it is hereby
designated as depositary in which the Village of T -ount Prospect
Special Assessment Funds may be deposited and that any officer
or employee is hereby authorized to deposit funds in said account
a for this municipality and to endorse for that purpose checks,
drafts, notes and like obligations. Endorsements for deposit
may be written or stamped endorsement of the Village, without
designation of the person making the endorsement.

SECTION 2. That all checks drawn against said account
i shall be signed by the President and the Treasurer, whose sig-
natures are herewith submitted on signature cards furnished by

SECTI01 3. That the HARRIS TRUST AND SAVI1 GS 'ANK is
hereby authorized and directed to honor and pay all checks drawn

Fund" only upon the signatures of the above named officials.
SECTION 4. That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
