FIRST NAT I OI AL BANK OF CHICAGO
AS DEPOSITARY FOR A PORTION
OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUNDS
AID DFSIGN,TING PERSONS TO SIGN
CHICKS AGAINST SAID FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF 1OUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
S CTICN 1. That the FIRST Iv r,T101 _L BANK OF CHICAGO in
the City of Chic2 o, Cook County, Illinois, be and it is hereby
designated as depositary in which the Village of -cunt Prospect
special assessment funds may be deposited and that any officer
or employee is hereby authorized to deposit funds in said ac-
count for this Lunicipality and to endorse for what purpose
checks, drafts, notes and like obligations. indorsements for
deposit may be written or stamped endorsement of the Village,
without designation of the person making the endorsement.
SECTION 2. That all checks drawn against said account
shall be signed by the President and the Treasurer, whose sig-
natures are herewith submitted on signature cards furnished by
the said FIRST 1 TIOh -L Js'NK OF CHICAGO.
SECTION 3. That the FIRST 1 TICI AL BINK OI CHICAGO is
hereby authorized and directed to honor and pay all checks drawn
against the said "Village of Mount Prospect Special Assessment
Fund" only upon the signatures of the above named officials.
j SECTION 14.. That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
