RESOLUTIOir DESICNATING THE
FIRST Nt "ATION AL BANK OF CHICAGO
AS DEPOSITARY FOR THE Ta NICI-
PAL BUILDING FUND L` DESIG-
NATING PERSONS TO SIGN CHECKS
AGAINST SAID FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TH7 PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF KOU1:`IT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO in
the City of Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, be and it is hereby
designated as depositgry in which the funds of the "Village of
Mount Prospect Municipal Building Fund" may be deposited and
that any officer or employee is hereby authorized to deposit
funds in said account for this Municipality and to endorse for
that purpose, checks, drafts, notes and like obligations. En-
dorsements for deposit may be written or stamped endorsement
of the Village, without designation of the person makeing the
endorsement.
SECTION 2. That all checks drawn against said account
shall be signed by the President, the Clerk and the Treasurer,
whose signatures are herewith submitted on signature cards fur-
nished by the said FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO.
SECTION 3. That the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO is
hereby authorized and directed to honor and pay all checks drawn
against the said "Village of Mount Prospect Iunicipal Building
Fund" only upon the signatures of the above named officials.
SECTION L1. That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
