RESOLUTIOTN DESIGIT ATING THE
ITORTT ERi TRUST CCLIPANTY AS
DEPOSITARY FOR A PORTION OF
S2ECIAL ASSESS FUNDS AND
DESIGNATITTG PARSONS TO SIGN
CHECKS AGAINST SAID FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PR ESIDEIT AND BOARD OF{ TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF ''CUNT P RCS 'ECT, COOK CO TITTY, ILLIITOIS:
SECTION 1. That the ITO , T TRAJ0T COMPANY in the City
of Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, be and it is hereby designat-
ed as depositary in which the Village of 1 riount Prospect Special
Assessment Funds may be deposited and that any officer or
employee is hereby authorized to deposit funds in said Account
for this :unicipality and to endorse for that purpose checks,
drafts, notes and like obligations. Endorsements for deposit
may be written or stamped endorsement of the Village, without
designation of the person making the endorsement.
SECTION 2. That all checks drawn against said account
shall be signed by the President and the Treasurer, whose sig-
natures are herewith submitted on signature cards furnished by

SECTIOT•i 3. Ti_,at the ITC RTEI JT TRUST CO? PANY is hereby
authorized and directed to honor and pay all checks drawn against
the said "Village of Mount Prospect Special .Assessment Fund"
only upon the signatures of the above named officials.
SECTION L That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
