RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE HARRIS
TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK AS DEPOSIT-
ARY FOR " vATER-WORKS CC•NSTRUCTION
ACCOUNT" AND DESIGNATING PERSONS
TO SIGN CHECK AGAINST SAID FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ?RESIDENT ADD :BOARD 0 =L-' TR U S E -S
OF THE VILLAGE 07 YOU NT PROSFECT, C00K COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That the HARRIS TRUST AITD SAVIN,S BAI\IK in
the City of Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, be and it is hereby
designated as depositary in which the Village of Eount Prospect
Waterworks Construction funds may be deposited and that any
officer or employee is hereby authorized to deposit funds in
said account for this IJunicipality and to endorse for that pur-
pose checks, drafts, notes and like obligations. Endorsements
for deposit may be written or stamped endorsement of the Village,
without designation of the person making the endorsement.
SECTION 2. That all checks drawn against said account
shall be signed by the President, the Treasurer and the Clerk,
whose signatures are herewith submitted on signature cards fur-
nished by the said HARRIS TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK.
SECTION . That the HARRIS TRUST AD SAVINGS BANK is
hereby authorized and directed to honor and pay all checks drain
against the said "Village of T' ount Prospect : aterworks Construc-
tion Account" only upon the signatures of the above named
officials.
SECTION L. That this resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passae and approval.
