UNDER THE MOTOR FUEL TAX LAW
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Pre ,, L1 dent and Board of Trustees of the

that the following described street (s) be improved under the Motor Fuel Tax Law:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement consist of crossing protection and traffic signals,
as heretofore provided

improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this
resolution to the Department of Public Works and Buildings, Division of Highways, through its District Engi-
